Sign-in is by invitation: a login that wasn't created here is turned away.
  1. Tap ＋ Create user above, enter their email and pick a role
  2. They receive a set-password email and appear in the list at once
  3. Change their role or name from the list any time
Which email domains may sign in is an organisation setting (set at onboarding; an editor is coming here).

Trade Show Mode
Stock-managed selling Off
The master switch for selling against live stock on this device — turn it on after a stock take (e.g. at a trade show). When on, out-of-stock scans route to Order and orders reserve/issue stock. Off keeps every scan going to Ready as usual. Admin-only; order-takers no longer see this on the order screen.
Scanner hooked to stock balances
When on, the counter scanner reads and updates live stock balances as items are scanned. Off keeps scanning order-only.
Stock Centre Coming soon
Hold stock at more than one location — Head Office, a trade show, a warehouse — each with its own balance, a stock-transfer voucher between them, and "dispatch all" to send a whole centre's stock to another (e.g. everything to the trade show). Off for now.
Reconcile stock take Coming soon
The after-show counting mode: a fresh count replaces a centre's balance and logs the difference — opening − sales = expected, versus what you counted = variance — instead of adding to it. Off for now.
